Spring Garden Park
Description
Emerio joined the project team as a subconsultant for the re-development of this approximate 4.65-acre park in SW Portland. Emerio’s role was to provide design services for a site utility plan including sanitary sewer and water services for the restroom facility, water feature and drinking fountains.
