Emerio provided civil engineering services for this 3-story, 60-unit apartment complex on a largely vacant 1-acre parcel. The building consists of 40 single room occupancy units and 20 studio units targeted to people exiting homelessness. The site includes a 22-space parking lot, courtyard, landscaped facilities, bike parking, and two drywells for stormwater runoff. The site also has offices for counseling, group kitchens on each floor, community space, and laundry. Central City Concern is providing intensive on-site wraparound services for the residents, including crisis prevention, mental health services, and employment support.
