Peach Tree Subdivision

Emerio provided civil engineering and surveying for this 36-lot subdivision which has been successfully constructed. Nestled in the rolling hills near Happy Valley, grading and stormwater were major components for this subdivision. Close coordination with the City of Portland bureaus included BES for a sanitary sewer extension and PWB, for adding approximately 2000 feet of public water line and the design for a pressure reducing device located in the public right-of-way.
