Nationwide Engineering Plans provided site civil design and construction inspection to support the lead architect for this elementary school redevelopment in San Jose, CA. Construction replaced the prior facility with a modern, 87,200 sq ft, two-story building serving approximately 750 students. Scope included public frontage improvements, construction inspection, stormwater treatment facilities, plans/specs/estimates, and easement documentation.
