ADA Safety Improvements

Emerio is providing construction management services for this project to bring existing ADA curb ramps across Portland into compliance. Emerio’s staff is responsible for performing constructability and traffic control reviews, managing the City’s inspectors, reviewing field work, providing field support, and resolving issues as needed. We are also addressing contract change orders, coordinating with other City departments, issuing punch list, and closing out the project by issuing payment and completion letter.
