Nationwide Engineering Plans was the prime consultant for redevelopment of a municipal golf course property in Naples, FL, providing site civil design and PS&E documents. Scope included parking lot reconfiguration, sidewalk and ADA improvements, on-site stormwater management, and sanitary sewer extension—including decommissioning an existing septic system and tying into the public sewer main.
