Colwood Golf Course

Emerio was the prime consultant for this re-development project, providing site civil design and PS&E construction documents for civil improvements. The project scope included reconfiguration of existing parking lot, sidewalk improvements, stormwater management and a sanitary sewer extension. Parking lot improvements included reconfiguring the existing lot to current development standards and grading it to drain an acre of inflow area to a water quality facility, eventually leading to 2,300 ft2 LIDA settling and detention pond. A sewer extension was designed, decommissioning the existing septic system and tying into the public sewer line.
