Westparc at North Bethany

Emerio Design was the civil engineering consultant providing site civil design and construction engineering support for this 3-acre development. The project was successfully designed and constructed as a mixed-use residential, office and commercial development, including 149 apartment units and 11,000 square feet of commercial space. Emerio successfully delivered onsite and offsite construction drawings and specifications for grading, erosion control, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, parking lot, sidewalks and full street improvement.
