Springwater Connector
Description
As prime consultant, Emerio provided engineering services for this multimodal safety project. Mike led the multi-discipline to provide improved bicycle and pedestrian access, greenway improvements, and connections to the nearby Springwater Corridor trail. Safety improvements included: • Dedicated mid-block crossing • Safety enhancements compliant with ADA and AASHTO standards • Bike and pedestrian access during construction (TPAR) • Extended continuous sidewalk in designated locations • Creative stormwater solutions
