Description
Nationwide Engineering Plans provided civil improvements for a commercial site along a waterfront corridor in Spokane, WA. Stormwater quality was achieved with flow-through planters integrated into the building exterior. Site grading included two parking areas, building pad, retaining walls, and a twelve-foot-wide shared-use path designed for emergency access.
