Rockwood Rising
Description
Emerio provided civil engineering services for this 5.15 acre mixed use development which includes 3 parking lots, 3 mixed used residential and commercial buildings and a large community plaza area. This project is currently in design phases and is expected to start construction in late 2018. Emerio is the civil consultant working with architects, landscape architects and the city providing construction drawings and specifications.
