Nationwide Engineering Plans was the civil engineering consultant providing site civil design and construction engineering support for this new Penske truck leasing and fleet maintenance facility in Coburg, OR on a vacant 3.63-acre site. The 13,220 sq ft building includes three truck bays, one wash bay, and a two-lane fuel island. Deliverables included grading, erosion control, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, parking, sidewalks, and street connection improvements.
