Emerio Design was the civil engineering consultant providing site civil design and construction engineering support for this new construction on a vacant 3.63-acre site. The facility offers full-service truck leasing, truck rental, fleet maintenance, in the 13,220 square-feet building with three truck bays, one wash bay, and a two-lane fuel island. Emerio successfully delivered onsite construction drawings and approvals for grading, erosion control, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, parking lot, sidewalks and street connection improvements.
