N. Lombard Starbucks

Emerio provided project management, land use planning and civil engineering services for this private re-development of an existing car wash facility into a Starbucks drive-thru. Stormwater management was accomplished by onsite infiltration planters and final construction permitting was granted by the City of Portland. Located on a major urban corridor, US 30 bypass, a major challenge was gaining approval for the striping plan from both the City of Portland’s BOT and ODOT. Grading was designed with ADA access to the building in mind and stormwater was managed on site by infiltration planters.
