Emerio worked with a local architect to provide civil improvements associated with the re-development of an existing bank and construction of two additional retail buildings. Emerio performed civil engineering and land surveying services to re-design the parking lot and provide frontage improvements. After a storm drainage analysis was performed, stormwater was managed by converting a handful of parking stalls to infiltration planters. Emerio also prepared and obtained public works permits with the City for driveways, sidewalks, and ADA ramps.
